MPO ByLaws (2009)

 
The Wichita Falls Metropolitan Planning Organization’s By-Laws establish the rules and regulations, by which the Transportation Policy Committee, the governing body of the MPO, shall operate, function and conduct all MPO related business. The By-Laws promulgate the MPO’s purpose, its members, and meetings, voting protocols and procedures, the make-up of the Transportation Policy Committee and its subcommittees, and amendments to the By-Laws through the Articles of the By-Laws.

Public Participation Plan (2007)

 
The Transportation Policy Committee reviewed and approved the new Wichita Falls MPO Public Participation Plan at its July 25, 2007 meeting. This document works in conjunction with the Public Involvement Policy to guide public outreach for the WFMPO. Please click on the link above to download a PDF copy of the approved document.
